THE HOLY SPIRIT. We may have heard a lot about the Holy Spirit, or very little. Christians and churches seem divided; some are
always talking about gifts of the Spirit and so on, whilst in other circles, the Spirit seems to be rarely mentioned. This course is based
on the Biblical references to the Holy Spirit and focuses on where there has been confusion over the Spirit's role. Most of all, the
course will show us how our lives can be changed by the Spirit of God who gives us life and brings glory to Jesus Christ.
THE BOOK OF REVELATION. This is a study of John the apostle’s account of his visions from God and his apocalyptic prophesies.
These are in the form of letters to a number of churches, and yet they remain relevant and instructive to us today.
BRF Discussion Group. This informal group will meet to discuss topics/questions arising from the current BRF New Daylight
books. Everyone is welcome whether or not they are using the daily notes.
I BELIEVE. We say it every week in church, but do we say the Apostles Creed with confidence and joy? It’s phrases are familiar, yet
for many they offer only a dull routine or worse: confusion and doubt. This course aims to reveal the teaching of the apostles behind
the words of the creed and their significance for our daily lives.
St. JOHN’S GOSPEL. is for many people the most precious book in the Bible. Come and find out why.
EMMAUS. What Christians believe.
House-
find that thay provide opportunities for prayer, for learning about
their faith, and for looking together with others at what the Bible has
to tell us about the God that we worship.
The House group programme is given below.
