WHAT IS ALPHA?

Alpha is a great way to find out about the Christian faith, and couldn't be easier. For about 10

weeks you get together once a week for a light meal and a chat, followed by a talk (often on

DVD or video) about Christianity. After the meal there's tea or coffee and the chance to ask questions and

express your own opinions (or not if you prefer - it's up to you).

Then about halfway through the course there's a weekend away as an opportunity to take things a bit deeper.

And that's all there is to it - it's as simple as that. No pressure, no hidden agenda, just the chance to find out

for yourself what Christianity can mean for you, and the opportunity - if you choose - to take things further. Most

Alpha-goers are as new to all this as you are, so you won't feel out of place.
